4. Loan Agreement Terms

Once approved, Breezy Loans will provide you with a formal loan offer outlining:

- Establishment fees
- Monthly fees (if applicable)
- Repayment schedule
- Total amount to be repaid
4.2 Loan Contract
You must sign the formal loan contract before funds are disbursed. The contract is legally binding and outlines your obligations as the borrower.
5. Fees and Interest
5.1 Interest Rate
Interest rates are provided in your loan offer and vary based on loan amount, term, and your financial situation. Typical rates range from 18% to 48% APR.
5.2 Establishment Fee
A one-time establishment fee (typically 5-10% of loan amount) is charged when the loan is approved.
5.3 Monthly Service Fee
Some loans include a monthly service fee (typically $5-$15). This will be disclosed in your loan offer.
5.4 Late Payment Fees
If you miss a payment by 3 or more days, a late payment fee of up to $10 may apply per missed payment.
6. Repayment Obligations

You agree to make payments on the dates specified in your loan contract. Payments are typically weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on your agreement.
6.2 Payment Methods
Payments can be made by:
- Automatic bank transfer (direct debit)
- Online bank transfer
- Phone payment
- In-person at our office
6.3 Early Repayment
You may repay your loan in full at any time without penalty. Early repayment will reduce the total interest paid.

- Demand immediate full repayment
- Take legal action for recovery
- Refer your account to a debt collection agency
- Negatively impact your credit file
